I don't think it's a Microsoft font at any rate, I'm pretty sure that the 'Webstools' designer made it. Just saying. But I guess you could always try to find a download link.

Yeah I wanna change mine to Elvie Dancer sometimes...it's just a random name i like. I mean come to think of it olivia orange just sounds weird.
