Pinky, I'd love to say that I could agree with you. It's actually quite sad that I can't... Given the choice, in reality, I'd probably take the ability to read minds. Yes, it's an invasion of privacy. Yes, I might find out stuff I'd rather not know, but for some strange reason it appeals to me. Especially if you can choose when to use it. I mean, I'd TRY not to cheat with anything...but something would happen eventually. Still, it's the sort of thing I'd rather have. And I don't know why, so don't ask.

I would have to say the mind reading, it's wrong but sometimes in situations I'm scared of what people will think of me and that gets me worked up and extremely shy so if I know what people think I'll know whether I'm fine or not and if I'm not I can leave instead of hanging with people who secretly hate me but can't bring themselves to tell me.

I have to agree. I get really worried about what people (friends, enemies, teachers, family) are thinking of me. A lot. So I guess the skill would be fairly useful.

Sound. You might be able to tell the story line with pictures and subtitles BOOM. plus Scary movies will be a lot less scary without the tense music.

I think I have to agree...especially with the scary movies becoming less scary...

But then what's the point of it being scary?
I sometimes actually just listen to movies... It's hard to tell what's going on at some points but at least I can hear the dialogue. A movie without pictures is almost like an audio book to me (but less descriptive.)

Not need to sleep. I can't do many things I want to due to sleep plus, I love eating I know even I didn't need to eat I could but still.

If I could function and still live as long without sleep, then heck yeah, I would choose not to sleep (I would hate to live without drink/food.)
Too bad that our bodies could not survive if we stopped sleeping or eating altogether...

Same here. I mean, I'd get a lot more done without needing to sleep, and, of course, that means you wouldn't have dreams/nightmares...I don't enjoy either of them.

I've been learning about sleep/dream in my Psychology class and someone actually had a rare disease where he could not sleep. At first, it seemed really nice because he could function without the sleep but after a couple of months, he started to go insane and could not sleep no matter what. It's because of the disease that causes his brain to not "sleep." After about 6 months of no sleep, he died.
...But if you don't have the disease, then you would go crazy by the 4/5th day of no sleep. This is why sleep is so important...
So if I could survive (and not go insane) without sleep, that would be splendid.

Anyway, I think it's time for a new question...any suggestions, anyone?
